Service office

During our contract, can we upgrade to a bigger room? What is the procedure?

Answer: Yes, you can, after you finalize which room that you are going to rent, we will count the difference of the office price and we will ask you to add the difference for the 2 month deposit according to the price of the new room and we will change the room rental cost, according to the new room quotation, (subject to room availability.)

What is covered by the Incube8 insurance policy?

Answer: The insurance cover from fire, burglary, public liability and glass in the office. Kindly noted that our insurer provide a back to back insurance coverage for the tenant. Incube8 may not be held liable in any way for your loss or liabilities and we will not provide any supplementary insurance beyond the coverage provided by the insurer.

What is the minimum rental period for the service office?

Answer: The minimum rental period is 6 months.

Can we bring our own printer and furniture?

Answer: Yes, you can but you need to inform Incube8 administration in advance. Damages will be under tenant responsibility.

When do we need to inform you if we want to discontinue the rental agreement and what about the refund of the deposit?

Answer: Renewal of contract is required 1 month before the expired date. One month notice is required if client decides to move out from the office or the entire deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be refunded after 2 weeks starts from the date of all accounts are closed.

How does the internet is work for the service office?

Answer: Our internet bandwidth is 30mbps. We will provide a LAN cable for each of the service office so that you can connect to the internet and free WIFI is available.

Internet router for sale is RM160 and we will do all the set up for you. Incube8 will only attend to internet router issue if client buy the router from Incube8. Possibility to apply your own Internet line with your preferred service provider at your own cost.

What is included in the package?

Answer: Package Prices are inclusive of following:-
  • Service office suites complete with air conditioning (9.00am – 6.00pm), dedicated phone line,mail handling, cleaning services and free flow of coffee/tea.
  • Use of business centre's address as your corporate mailing address.
  • Dedicated telephone line with personalized answering service with your company name by Professional Receptionist.
  • Complimentary use of Executive / Interior Meeting Room for 5 hours per month (Subject to availability).
  • Free unlimited internet access.
  • 24 hours accessibility security door system.

What are the rental rates of the service office in Incube8?

Answer: Our rates are from RM1500 to RM6000 per month. The space of offices in Incube8 range from 70 sq ft to 170 sq ft. (6% GST is not included).

Virtual Office

Is the entire packages price showed in Incube8 website has included 6% GST?

Answer: No. GST amount and the initial amount will be show once you proceed to sign up.

Can I have a Fax Number?

Answer: Add-ons: Dedicated fax number: RM40 per month. Shared fax number: RM10 per month.

What is included in the Black Package?

Answer: 1 Business address, lounge access, Unlimited hot desk shared office per month, 5 hours meeting rooms per month, 1 dedicated phone number with receptionist service. For Reception service, operator will answer calls in English during Incube8 Operating hours (Mon – Fri 9am-6pm excluded Public Holidays) and will transfer to one local number / mobile number, or take message and send to you email notification (one email address only). After office hours, all the phone calls will be recorded as voicemail (if any) and will be sent to your email. One time technology set up fee is required – RM99. Contract length: 6 / 12 months. What is included in the Platinum Package?

Answer: 1 Business address, lounge access, 5 days hot desk shared office per month, 2 hours meeting rooms per month, 1 dedicated phone number with receptionist service. For Reception service, operator will answer calls in English during Incube8 Operating hours (Mon – Fri 9am-6pm excluded Public Holidays) and will transfer to one local number / mobile number, or take message and send to you email notification (one email address only). After office hours, all the phone calls will be recorded as voicemail (if any) and will be sent to your email. One time technology set up fee is required – RM99. Contract length: 6 / 12 months. Upfront payment is required for 6 months contract. What is included in Gold package?

Answer: 1 Business address, 2 days hot desk shared office per month, 1 dedicated Tel number with receptionist service is provided. For Reception service, operator will answer calls in English during Incube8 Operating hours (Mon – Fri 9am-6pm excluded Public Holidays) and will transfer to one local number / mobile number, or take message and send to you email notification (one email address only). After office hours, all the phone calls will be recorded as voicemail (if any) and will be sent to your email. One time technology set up fee is required – RM99. Contract length: 6 / 12 months. What is included in the Silver package?

Answer: 1 Business address, A dedicated Tel number is provided and it will be auto forward to your local mobile or fix number. One time technology set up fee is required – RM99. Contract length: 6 months / 12 months. Upfront payment is required.

How long can we keep our mails/ parcels at Incube8, what are the limitations of receiving mails?

Answer: Client can keep the mails as long as they are Incube8 client. The limitations are no more 30 pc of mail per month and no more than 5 pc courier envelopes per month. (http://www.incube-8.com/virtual-office/)

What is included in Basic Package?

Answer: Basic package is included 1 business address. Letters without your company name will not be entertained – one company name per contract only! Minimum contract is 12 months. Upfront payment is required.

Can we have the tenancy agreement if we use Incube8 Virtual Office package?

Answer: No. Tenancy agreement is only for Service Office Client. Virtual office client will only be provided with virtual office agreement.
